Overview

To procure the EB-5 visa, investors must invest $500,000 or at $1 million depending on the investment you chose to invest in. If you want to invest in a Targeted Employment Area the investment is $500,000 where your investment must be able to create at least 10 jobs for U.S. workers excluding the investor and their immediate family.

Once the investor's petition is approved, the investor and their dependents will be allowed conditional permanent residence with two years validity. The investor must defer evidence documenting that the full required investment has been made and that 10 jobs have been maintained, or 10 jobs have been created or will be created within a reasonable time period within 3 month period before the conditional permanent residence expires.
